01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ogbet ("ogbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ogbet online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ogbet.one and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, logging in to your ogbet account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the ogbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the ogbet platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling and online betting activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or accessing any real-money game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ogbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the ogbet platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the ogbet platform.

ogbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance in your account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. ogbet takes its age verification obligations seriously and cooperates fully with PAGCOR guidelines on underage gambling prevention.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting services on ogbet, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all ogbet accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ogbet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Account currency: All ogbet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify ogbet of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting customer support. ogbet is not responsible for errors or delays caused by outdated account information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ogbet supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. ogbet may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically clear within 15 minutes during banking hours. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. VIP account holders are eligible for same-day GCash withdrawals.
• Withdrawal to same method: ogbet requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure. Exceptions may be granted at ogbet's discretion upon submission of supporting documentation.
• Transaction fees: ogbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ogbet is not responsible.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your provider will apply.

ogbet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, ogbet will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ogbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sabong, slots, and certain table games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse prevention: ogbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Modification or cancellation: ogbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the ogbet platform, including sports betting, live sabong, casino games, and all other wagering activities:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ogbet system. A confirmation message and bet reference number will be displayed upon successful bet placement. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, player account tier, and market conditions.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, ogbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ogbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Sabong-specific rules: For live sabong bets, the result is determined by the official declaration of the cockpit operator. In the event of a draw (empate), bets will be settled according to the specific sabong betting rules displayed within the game interface.
• Sports betting rules: Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified. Overtime, extra time, and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard match result markets unless explicitly stated.
• Responsible use of in-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. ogbet is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live events.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ogbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the ogbet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ogbet staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Accessing the ogbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ogbet account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ogbet staff or other players.

ogbet employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and affected accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ogbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ogbet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ogbet content.
• Use any ogbet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ogbet platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of ogbet intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. ogbet reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ogbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the ogbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ogbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ogbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the ogbet platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ogbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the ogbet platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ogbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

ogbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ogbet reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct on the platform.
• Your account has been used in connection with money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to ogbet, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ogbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any funds pending investigation. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your ogbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ogbet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact ogbet's customer support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. ogbet's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to manifest error.

ogbet operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
